“Board created. (1) Notwithstanding the provisions of section 25-2612A, Idaho Code, there is hereby created the Idaho wolf depredation control board in the office of the governor for the purpose of directing and managing funds as provided for in this chapter for wolf depredation control within the state of Idaho.”

The Idaho Wolf Depredation Control Board was created in 2014 within the Office of the Governor. The Board consists of 5 members representing executive agencies and interests.
The Board is tasked with directing and managing funds from the Wolf Control Fund for the purpose of wolf depredation control within the State of Idaho.
